Guidelines for authors

REQUIREMENTS TO ARTICLES:

1) previously unpublished author's manuscripts presenting their own original conclusions and intermediate or final results of scientific research, experimental or analytical activities of the author, which correspond to the stated goal and thematic direction of the journal;

2) a manuscript of a systematic review on the characterization of newly published scientific articles related to a common topic.

 

SUBMISSIONS

Articles are submitted in electronic format in Kazakh, Russian and English through the website of the series "History and Political and Social Sciences" Bulletin, KazNPU named after. Abaya (https://bulletin-histsocpolit.kaznpu.kz/index.php/ped ).the name of the file indicates the surname of the author (if there are co–authors, the surname of the first author). To do this, you need to register on the website (link https://bulletin-histsocpolit.kaznpu.kz/index.php/ped/login ), or log into a valid account through the "login" button.

 

Authors upload articles in the following formats:

- MS Word-Full article;

- MS Word without the name of the author and co-authors-for review;

- PDF-for the anti-plagiarism system.

Font – Times New Roman, font size – 12, alignment – to the width of the text, spacing – single, paragraph – 1 cm, margins: upper and lower – 2 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1 cm.

Tables, diagrams, and figures are presented in a format that allows formatting (necessary for translation), for example: Fig.1. Name. Table title 1. The number of tables, diagrams, and figures should not exceed 20% of the total volume of the submitted article. The font is Times New Roman, the font size is 10.

 

Requirements for the structural elements of the article:

- the universal decimal classification Index (UDC) should be located in the upper left corner;

- IRSTI (International rubricator of scientific and technical information)- in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English);

- surname, first name, patronymic of the authors in three languages (in italics, initials are placed before the surname; and the corresponding author is indicated by the sign "*");

- e-mail address of each author (preferably corporate mail;

- place of work (study), city, country are written in three languages;

- the title of the article in three languages (in the center in capital letters, bold font);

- abstract in three languages (no less than 150 and no more than 300 words);

- keywords/phrases separated by commas in three languages (5-10 words);

- the text of the article includes:

introduction (relevance, scientific significance, purpose of the study),

main part (text of the main part, research methodology, review of scientific literature, methods, results, discussion) and conclusion – IMRAD;

 

- the list of sources used is distributed at the end of the article. The data source is provided in the order of reference to them in the article. The reference number in the text of the article is placed in square brackets, for example - [1, p. 13]. The list of references should contain at least 15 and no more than 40 sources.

The volume of the article (excluding the UDC, MRNTI, the title of the article, information about the authors, annotations and keywords) should be at least 5 000 and not exceed 7000 words.

The maximum number of authors is 3. The article specifies the contact email address of each author.
