The analysis of the nature of socio-cultural phenomena in Kazakhstan's society demonstrates that in the conditions of modern processes of globalization, the economic, political and cultural integration of Kazakhstan into the world community is growing. In the current situation, the priority task of state bodies, the expert and intellectual community and cultural figures is to develop an optimal model of interaction between the state and society, as well as to determine trends in the development of culture, laws and principles of functioning and development of cultural experience. Accordingly, the issues of studying the level of integration of Kazakhstan's culture into the world space, determining the cause of the spontaneity of this process and possible threats and challenges in the future are updated. These issues, of course, require broad discussion in the socio-political and expert space of the country, systematic scientific research and development of effective mechanisms for state management of integration processes.
The article deals with the problems of cultural integration from the position of historical and social, cultural and philosophical knowledge, which involves the study of universal laws and properties of society, considered in the integrity and relationship of culture and society from the position of the ideological foundations of Kazakhstan society.
