The article is dedicated to the thirtieth anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They spoke about the achievements and goals that Kazakhstan has achieved over the past thirty years. When writing the article, the message of the first president N. A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan, articles of President K. zh.Tokayev were used. What significant events took place in the life of the country, how we achieved independence thirty years ago, what tasks we have accomplished over thirty years, and a brief overview of these issues was given. The answers to the questions of what our country will look like in the fourth decade, why the main attention will be paid to it. How to build a state that hears the people, what is a just state that the president wants, how to reveal the White choice in history, the formation of a new vision of history, the consolidation of national identity, the formation of a nation with the same spirit and language. In the fourth decade, the President's goal is to create a strong state and improve the social situation of the population.
