The article examines the educational and intellectual aspects of Sultanbek Khodzhanov, who made a significant contribution and numerous changes to the cultural and educational sphere of the peoples of Central Asia and Kazakhstan.

It can be said that one of the greatest achievements of S. Khojanov in the field of education was the creation of the SAHIPI (Central Asian Cotton Irrigation Polytechnic Institute) in Tashkent, the first higher technical institute in Central Asia and Kazakhstan.

Because the organization of the creation of the Central Asian Cotton Irrigation University in Tashkent is directly connected with the name of the peoples of Kazakhstan and Central Asia S. Kozhanov.

The establishment of the university coincided with a period of economic difficulties and created opportunities for learning and the future of local youth. This indicates that S. Kozhanov has become a leader in creating global changes in the education system of the region.
