One of the main goals of the research work is to reveal the understanding of socio-cultural priorities and the assessment of international socio–cultural priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is important to comprehensively discuss the international socio-cultural priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and assess the peculiarities of education in the education system. Germany occupies a special place in the activities of socio-cultural relations of Kazakhstan in the international arena. In this regard, the analysis of the directions of formation and development of socio-cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Germany was chosen as an example in the article.

One of the main tasks of research work is the systematization of research work on socio-cultural priorities, the analysis of specific opinions and the compilation of reference conclusions. To classify the features of international socio-cultural priorities and identify their manifestations in the country. One of the key values is the specification of which industries the Republic of Kazakhstan should correspond to international socio-cultural priorities.

Socio-cultural activities and priorities are the main spheres of society's life. Sociocultural priorities determine the most important spheres of a citizen's life. The views and quality of life of citizens, their national minorities and compliance with the requirements of the time form the basis of socio-cultural priorities. The relevance of the topic is also connected with the determination of the compliance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with international socio-cultural priorities, the assessment of ongoing activities in this direction.

As a result of the research, a scientific assessment of socio-cultural priorities is given, the results of work and development programs of organizations implementing international socio-cultural priorities are scientifically formulated.
