One of the main goals of the research work is to reveal the understanding of socio-cultural priorities and the assessment of international socio–cultural priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is important to comprehensively discuss the international socio-cultural priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and assess the peculiarities of education in the education system. Germany occupies a special place in the activities of socio-cultural relations of Kazakhstan in the international arena. In this regard, the analysis of the directions of formation and development of socio-cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Germany was chosen as an example in the article.
