In the post-war decade, the restoration of the destroyed economy was important for the state. Improving the welfare of the population and restoring the economic infrastructure required enormous funds and resources. In order to restore cities and factories, it was decided to demobilize soldiers who were in the ranks of the army. Among the planned works, an important issue was the increase in agricultural productivity. The work assigned to the collective farm and the state farm was very difficult. To increase productivity, the state began to use administrative and command methods. The social situation of peasants living in rural areas was difficult. The members of the collective farm did not receive cash wages for their work. Each member of the collective farm had to work according to the plan. Peasants who have not repaid the established work experience are brought to administrative and criminal responsibility. In such difficult conditions, the peasants worked to restore the state economy as much as possible.
