The article is devoted to the archaeological study of the monuments of the bronze age on the territory of Atyrau region. The issue of the Bronze Age regions has not yet been resolved due to insufficient archaeological sites. This gap is not due to the lack of Bronze Age monuments, but because of its non-systematic study.
The first researcher of the Bronze Age monuments in the region was the Moscow archaeologist L.L. Galkin. He conducted a survey of archaeological sites in the region, identified the sites. Collected exhibits of the Bronze Age.
The parking lots are located in the river zone, in sand dunes with fresh water. Bronze graves consist of mounds of earthen mounds. Later, these mounds were used for the burial of ironheads in the Middle Ages. Recently, new archaeological sites dating back to the Bronze Age have been discovered, from the erosion of sand dunes and the excavation of burial mounds. After analyzing the collected data for the last period, an analysis of the Bronze Age in the area of Atyrau-the Caspian Basin was carried out.
Atyrau-The Caspian lowland has been inhabited by people since the Neolithic of the New Stone Age. This was evidenced by numerous finds of Neolithic stone tools from anywhere in the region. This area has become comfortable for people due to its nature and weather conditions. The maritime region and many rivers flowing into it were forest and tugai. Well, it was full of animals and birds, and water for fish.
During the transition from the Neolithic to the Bronze Age, this region remained a cozy habitat. Ceramic tableware and Bronze Age items are the most common. But the Bronze Age of the region has not been systematically studied. In the future, with a comprehensive survey, many monuments will be opened, as well as monuments of the Bronze Age of the region will be opened.
