After gaining sovereignty, a number of positive changes have taken place in the spiritual development of our society. This change has so far allowed us to recreate our noble heritage, which was removed or lost from the scene of national history. We can say that our treasures were revived in the national history.One of the next positive changes in spiritual development is the modernization of the system of thinking of the people. As a result, the Kazakh people took a new look at their national history, the life and activities of those who held a special place in the life of our country. With this new view of scientific analysis, the Kazakh "Biy Institute" also passes and gets its real assessment. Dance occupies a special place in the Kazakh history, so the Institute of dance always plays an important role in the political and cultural life of the state as a whole.
