THE NATIONAL IDEA OF KAZAKH STUDIES AND THE PROBLEM OF UNIVERSAL VALUES

Published March 2022
Abstract

In the 90s of the XX century, the main element of socio-political reforms of Kazakhstan was the deidelolgization of state activities. That is, the rejection of the sphere of ideology by political leaders. At that time, ideology was a violent pressure of state power on the development of civil society and was considered an attribute of socialism.  The collapse of communist ideology, which was the basis of the former statehood, led to the collapse of the individual identity of society, that is, the loss of society's understanding of itself, the future of its development and its place in world trends. Therefore, the identification of Kazakhstan under the new world conditions is currently one of the most pressing issues.

In the later period, the Kazakh intelligentsia began to talk about the National idea. It is a symbol of good, a symbol of national growth and study. The search for a national idea is when the people began to search for themselves. A country that has an example in its past, a teaching in its history, is aware of itself in the turbulent moments of its own era, summarizes the past times in its consciousness, invent its four phenomena, digests the secrets of the centuries that have passed, suppresses the roots of the period that has come to life, explores the future. This is how he tries to generalize the last idea at the level of the National idea
