CULTURAL TIES OF KAZAKHSTAN WITH THE TURKIC-SPEAKING STATES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY
Abstract
The article defines the history of the development of Turkic national languages, the current state and state, features of their development in historical periods, and provides an expert analysis of their prospects. The article examines and examines the history of the formation and development of the literary languages of the Republic of Turkey, Turkic-speaking nations, which are independent states, their state and status at different stages, modern maturation, development processes, scope and social activities and prospects.Today, if we consider and study the common heritage of the entire Turkic world, the way of life and Customs, the formation of the country and statehood of Turkic tribes that migrated in the steppes throughout the Eurasian space, we find various facts about the specifics of their relationship. In this regard, the head of state stressed the importance of strengthening the unity of the people of Kazakhstan and the unity of the people of Kazakhstan.
For a long time, due to the diverse historical and political situation, in the modern teritorium of Kazakhstan, which was the ancestor of most Turkic-speaking peoples, some states were created, some lived for a long time in terms of a certain measure of time, and others left the stage of history for several decades, acting as a tribal union or state association.
