Abstract

Modern television has become one of the main tools for creating public opinion. Although television and film have the same foundation, they both have their own distinctive characteristics. Television is mainly instant messaging, and the art of cinema is dependent on space and time. If motion in cinema is a manifestation of this development, then motion in television means information. The film is based on the plot, the television is based on the composition. The TV channel expects "today", the film is very long-term. We will consider some of the current problems of two branches of the same industry with such characteristics and analyze its modern essence, achievements, role in shaping public opinion, and its contribution to social development. Our main goal in this direction will be documentaries on television. Kazakhstan television aired the first program on March 8, 1958.

Despite the worst technical equipment at that time, he clearly aroused great public interest. After all, television has shown that society has risen to a new level. Since then, not only news has been broadcast on our national television, but also documentaries have been made. He worked it out. In this study, we analyze the specifics of documentary films in the field of television.
