Horses are considered valuable to the Kazakh people. There are even proverbs, legends and tales about horses. Proverbs are widely spread among them «The horse is a wing of a person, the mind is a category of thought.», «If a horse goes astray, it will find a place for itself, and if a person goes astray, he will find a country». The honor and dignity of horses, which are male wings, their dignity, usefulness and long activity are firmly rooted in the traditions and culture of the Kazakh people. In the economic and household life of the Kazakhs, the horse took the first place among four types of domestic animals. And this is not surprising, because the horse was used both as a means of transportation, and as a friend to its owner, and as an indicator of wealth, as a means of food, as clothing, and even had magical healing power. In those distant times, when people suffered from hunger and diseases, from which there was no salvation, it was horse broth and kazy that prevented incurable diseases, became food, clothing, transport, and the salvation of the Kazakh people.
