The article extensively analyzes the struggle of the statesman and public figure Alibekov Aliaskar Mendiyarovich with Goloshchyokin's arbitrariness, a protege of the center during his work as People's Commissar of Agriculture, along with an analysis of his merits in the formation of the state border in the early years of the Kazakh Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, created on a Soviet basis.
At the same time, A. Alibekov opposed the resolution of the Center for the use of Kazakh lands in the post of People's Commissar of Agriculture to conduct mass land management of all regions of Kazakhstan, which also provides for persistent search work to conduct large-scale scientific research on Kazakh land in connection with harm to the traditional animal husbandry of our people.
