The article says that science is learned through reading, and all humanity in the world strives to become a civilized country through proper education. This includes Kazakhstan. It is argued that we need to create an "intellectual society" by raising the level of culture and education, preserving national identity, cultural heritage and traditions so that young people do not lose their national identity in the face of globalization, giving them freedom and opportunities to get education. To increase the intellectual level of young people in Kazakhstan, the article comprehensively analyzes the importance of increasing the intellectual level of youth in higher educational institutions through digital control of students ordering books from libraries of higher educational institutions. In addition, the article considers that the training of educated specialists and the future of an intellectual nation will eventually be shaped under the influence of education, the environment, universities, the media, and public organizations. In higher education, young people need to read a lot, which increases the educational level of young people, so it is necessary to regularly monitor how many books students go to libraries in higher educational institutions to read. As we all know very well, literature in any society serves the intellect of many people, including young people.
In the implementation of the idea of "Spiritual Revival", which is available through the translation of 100 new textbooks into the Kazakh language, special attention is paid to the development of world knowledge by Kazakhstani youth, and every correct step of Kazakhstani youth in the future will be devoted to state development. Considering that in
