In the post-war years in the USSR, including Kazakhstan, the state paid great attention to the restoration of industry and the agricultural sector of the economy. During the war in the rural area people worked knowing that the main goal was victory. After the end of the war, the population of the country with a sigh of relief was already preparing for a peaceful life. But the echoes of the war still lingered. In the first years of the post-war period, the country was still militarized. Military dictatorship was in cities and villages. Peaceful life began with the arrangement of everyday life of ordinary people. Food security was still in the first priority. Food and food shortages were still felt in the big cities. In villages and auls, life flowed more or less in a calm fashion.
