There is discussed issues about return of the second teacher of mankind, famous scholar al-Farabi’s name to the Kazakh society. And there are used Farabi researcher, geologist and scholar A.Mashani’s works proving Al-Farabi’s Kazakh origin.
Also, the article reveals the contribution of KaZakh scientists to Farabi studies. Concerning the wide celebration of al-Farabi’s anniversary last year in an international level under the auspices of UNESCO, there were scaled and analyzed various opinions of scientists about the biography and work of the great philosopher. Today, we can say that there is no researcher who has not studied the world of Al-Farabi, who has not been interested in his scientific achievements and analysis on various grounds. In general, the works of the world-famous scientist contain not only a wide variety of Sciences necessary for the life of the human race, but also studied and commented on all the famous scientists of their time.
