This article explores the military-ideological content and semantic meaning of stone statues from the Turkic period. As one of the cultural legacies of the Turkic civilization, these stone monuments (balbals) serve as unique historical sources that reflect the worldview, political, and social structure of their time. The statues are examined not only as works of art but also as representations of the military organization, power hierarchy, and heroism cult within Turkic society. The study analyzes archaeological data, historical records, and systems of mythological symbols. The author reveals the ideological essence of the warrior image and its spiritual and educational role in strengthening statehood.

A comparative analysis of Turkic stone sculptures and military monuments from other ancient civilizations has been conducted. This approach helps identify cultural and military connections, as well as the spiritual and ideological exchanges between the Turkic peoples and their neighbors. Through examining the installation rituals and geographical distribution of balbals, the study uncovers aspects of social stratification, the status of warriors and rulers, and the fundamental principles of the military system.

The results demonstrate that the stone statues of the Turkic period are not merely memorial objects but powerful manifestations of military ideology and statehood. They embody the heroism, spirit, and cultural code of the Turkic people, serving as significant archaeological and ideological heritage. The research identifies how the ideological symbolism of these monuments influenced the formation of the heroism cult and the system of state symbols in Turkic society.
