Kazakh law the importance of this article is explained by the growth of public creativity, interest in the history of Science and culture of Kazakhstan. In other words, it is necessary to evaluate the role of the founders of historical science, a specific individual, and take a deep understanding of the essence of their creative significance. Today, the study of the role of the individual in society has become a tradition, is reflected and supported in history. In this regard, there is no doubt that the outstanding scientist-historian, public figure, organizer in the field of science, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR S. B. Beisembayev occupies a special place in the historiography of not only Kazakhstan, but also the former Union republics.

The only unambiguously negative demonstration of the role of the National intelligentsia at the beginning of the twentieth century is the general methodological weakness of Soviet historiography.
