Abstract

At the present stage, the Asia-Pacific region (APR) is one of the main world economic and political centers. Recently, Asia-Pacific countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam have become the main giants in terms of economic growth. This rapid breakthrough in the pace of economic development among the countries of the Asia-Pacific region at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. made the APR an important geopolitical center of power, where the interests of major world powers intersect. Among the main potential forces are the United States, China, Russia and Japan, it is these states that are geopolitically ready to set a new agenda on the problems of world trade and world politics
