The main purpose of the article is to identify the fundamental principles and worldview of the "world power" idea in the Turkic statehoods. To understand the idea of “world power” initially, the “ideas of statehood” or the driving force behind the idea of creating a state among the Turkic tribes should be recognize. The aim of creating Turkic states from the beginning was at the global level.
