At the present stage of development of education, the requirements for the formation of a creative, proactive personality with a scientific worldview and functional skills are increasing. Undoubtedly, the formation of an intellectual, creative personality capable of lifelong learning begins with the school level of education. Therefore, the educational process in secondary school should have a research orientation for the development of a functional personality, capable of finding solutions in difficult situations of life and the development of skills for the practical and creative application of the acquired knowledge. This problem is multidimensional and has many criteria for conducting comparative research. Statement of the scientific problem is key. The purpose of this article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the formation of research skills in secondary school based on a comparison of the regulatory framework for secondary education.
It is important to state that research skills is a diagnostic result of education, which is the basis for further education of the individual, give the opportunity to solve any problems professionally and act independently in life. The analysis of ideas, goals, normative and legal documents in Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation was carried out, the mechanisms of development of students in the process of cognition were determined. This analysis contributes to the improvement of the form of development of research skills of the modern generation of Kazakhs.
