The tasks of socio-political and economic modernization in the Republic of Kazakhstan cannot be realized without raising the level of political, legal, spiritual culture and citizenship of all Kazakhstan people. This implies not only a change in the role and content of the socializing influence of the state as the leading subject of political socialization, but also an increase in the activity of civil structures themselves, an increase in the role of civil society.
The issues of the formation of civic identity and its substantive components are of particular importance in the context of globalization processes, since the dominant system of ideas and values largely determines the representation of Kazakhstan as a subject of geopolitics. That is why a conceptual understanding of the ways, methods and means of forming the civil identity of Kazakhstan people, a scientific analysis of problems and ways to optimize the real process of political socialization are especially necessary in modern conditions
