This article describes the social and living conditions of Germans, Chechens and Ingush deported to the eastern region. The deportees were under pressure from the government. Involved citizens fled the hard work, and minors were forced to work hard, and in some cases lost their livelihoods due to a lack of labor for immigrants from other countries. This period was mainly the period of World War II and the post-war period, so the deportations were frequently investigated and prosecuted by the government. The archival documents show that the movement of people of other ethnicities is recorded and monitored in the event of death. The deportees were drafted into the labor army, and those who fled were severely punished. In the early 1940s, in order to attract workers to the labor convoys of settlers who came to the Eastern region of Kazakhstan, the work was carried out as systematically as possible. During the service, the workers were not paid, the settlers did not have a place to live, and food shortages were addressed. Immigrants from other countries were frequently investigated by the NKVD, and in some cases accused of spying. That is why the leaders of the collective and state farms were against their arrival and work. There were also reports that settlers from other countries became ill with infectious diseases due to the lack of conditions, and in many cases were homeless.
