The article discusses the development of universities in East Kazakhstan in the years after World War II. The socio-political nature of the universities of East Kazakhstan was also evaluated from a new historical point of view. At the same time, the organizational, pedagogical and creative activities of the intelligentsia in the formation of national education, the national education system, the formation of the national education system, a description of the history of the formation and development of the first organized educational networks in the East Kazakhstan region were investigated. The prosperity of the East Kazakhstan culture and science in the postwar years was due to great success in the political and economic life of the people.
