The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of migration processes in Kazakhstan, exploring their multidimensional impact on the socio-economic development of the country and migration management mechanisms at the political level. The paper examines both internal and external migration flows, their impact on the demographic situation, the structure of the labor market, the economy and infrastructure of the country. The impact of migration on population change, including changes in the ethnic composition and distribution of labor resources, is analyzed. Special attention is also paid to the opinions of the local population about the influx of migrants, including both positive and negative aspects. The article examines expert opinions, sociological studies and statistical data illustrating the perception of migration at the societal level. In addition, the measures taken by the Government of Kazakhstan to integrate migrants into society, including legislative initiatives, training and social support programs, are analyzed. In conclusion, it is emphasized the need to develop an integrated approach to managing migration processes, taking into account the interests of both the local population and migrants, in order to achieve sustainable social and economic development of the country.
