The diplomatic history of the anti-fascist coalition during the Second World War is one of the problems that has not lost its relevance to this day. Especially after Nazi Germany unleashed war on the Soviet Union, other states, including Britain and the United States, took the lead in creating an anti-fascist coalition. The agreement between the USSR and the British authorities, signed on July 12, 1941, on joint military actions in the war against Germany, was the first step in the formation of the anti-Hitler coalition. An important role in the formation of the anti–Hitler coalition, the establishment of ties and cooperation was played by the Moscow Conference of the three powers - the USSR, Great Britain and the United States, held in the autumn of 1941. Undoubtedly, the diplomatic art of the British country had a great influence on the achievement of such agreements. However, during the Moscow negotiations, the contradictions between the USSR and Britain on a number of issues were not eliminated, as was the draft program on mutual assistance. However, the treaty opened wide doors for the establishment of friendly, allied relations between the USSR and Britain. He played an important role in the creation of the union of states fighting against fascism. The signing of the Anglo-Soviet agreement on joint action against Germany also predetermined the successful conclusion of the Anglo-Soviet agreement on economic issues. The approval of the Anglo-Soviet treaty received great recognition both in the Soviet Union and in England.
