Abstract

The main purpose of the article is the study of land conflicts under Soviet rule in the Irtysh region, that is, in the 1920s and 1930s. The article aims to consider the influence of social, economic and political factors on the formation and resolution of land disputes on the basis of archival documents, as well as to assess the reaction of society and authorities to these changes.

One of the tasks of the research paper is to analyze the policies and land reforms that affected land relations, with a review of historical background, covering the most significant events and trends in the region, in order to show the meaning and significance of the period under study. The authors analyze documentation related to land law, court decisions, administrative acts and other resources of that time in order to identify the main causes of land disputes in the Irtysh region, mechanisms for their resolution and their impact on the socio-economic development of the region. Also from archival materials examples of real land disputes are given, their main subjects and dynamics of conflicts are considered.

The study of land disputes through the prism of archival materials allows a deeper understanding of the historical aspects of the formation and resolution of land disputes in the Irtysh region. This is important for understanding the current problems of land relations and developing effective strategies for resolving such conflicts.
