The article analyzes the impact of the Second world war on the Kazakh land, including the Zhetisu region. The decision of the pre-war center, analyzing the impact and consequences of forced resettlement policies of Kazakh land to ethnic-demographic development of local populations, characterized by relatively causes and consequences, leading to quantitative reduction in the percentage of representatives of the local nation. The settlement of Germans, Olkars, Karachays, Koreans, Tatars and Greeks, etc and other ethnic groups in Kazakhstan tells about the customs and traditions of the Kazakh people, their involvement in the local economy and their contribution to it, as well as the morality of the Kazakhs, who warmly welcomed ordinary families who had left their homeland and country.
