The article deals with the directions for further deepening and developing cooperation of the Turkic world in the context of globalization, based on historical and political relations, a common language, religion, culture and traditions of the Turkic speaking states.
From 1992 and to this day, as a result of summits attended by the Heads of Turkic speaking states, the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, the cooperative relations between the independent Turkic republics, and exchanges of views between the Turkic peoples in the field of culture, science, and economics are rapidly developing. The goals and objectives put forward by the Turkic Council are very extensive. In particular, the strengthening mutual trust between the states; supporting joint efforts to establish peace in the region and the world; creating a common view on foreign policy issues; joint coordination in the fight against international terrorism, separatism, extremism and transnational crime; expanding regional and mutual cooperation in all fields of mutual interest; the task of creating favorable conditions to trade relations and investments determine the priority areas of the Turkic Council.
In the projects of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States, the strategic goals and objectives of establishing close cooperation in political, cultural and spiritual ties are analyzed.
Also as a new phenomenon of international political experience in the globalization process, a scientific analysis of implementing the basic principles, which are a combination of the general model and general strategies proposed by the Turkic states, is carried out.
