Abstract

The article examines the history of the training of medical personnel in the healthcare of the South Kazakhstan region. An important question at what stage was the training of personnel holding the main positions in the medical structure. For this reason, in 1970-1991, the analysis of archival data concerning the history of training qualified personnel in the development of healthcare in the South Kazakhstan region was introduced into scientific circulation. The beginning of the problem since 1970 was marked by the rapid development of healthcare for the region during this period. In the Soviet period, the main sign of solving the personnel problem was the opening of medical schools in large cities and the training of qualified specialists. Already in 1970, three medical schools were opened in the region, which were engaged in training specialists in nine specialties. As a result, the number of medical workers in the region has increased 2.5 times, and the personnel issue of various medical institutions has been resolved. In addition, special attention is paid to the importance and relevance of reforms in solving the personnel problem in the healthcare system. As a result of generalization and systematization of data in the South Kazakhstan regional archive, we see that the personnel issue in the region is most relevant in the 70-90s of the twentieth century. When writing the article, the methods of generalization, analysis, and synthesis and source search were used.
