Abstract

This article is devoted to the program of Ruhani zhangyru and analysis of the article of the head of state Seven faces of the great steppe. The study is devoted to the Kazakh-Turkish relations at the turn of the XVII -XVIII centuries, revealed on the basis of documents from the archive of the Ottoman Empire. The main goal of the author is to analyze archival documents that allow forming new views on the history of inter-ethnic relations in Central Asia and exerting ideolgic influence on them from the outside. The analysis of important data on the Kazakh-Turkish relations in archival documents of Turkey, Russia and Kazakhstan is carried out.
In the first half of the XVII century - the beginning of the XVIII century. the Author found previously unpublished and unknown documents that allow to cover the history of relations between the Ottoman Empire and the khanates of Central Asia. Reports, messages, and various diplomatic and personal correspondence indicate active intelligence, political, and ideological activities of the leaders of the Muslim States in the region, aimed at creating blocs and strengthening their influence.
