SOME ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH PARLIAMENTARISM

Abstract

This study explores various becoming of the international, regional, and national level of youth parliamentarism. The practice activity of the Junior Chamber International, the European Youth Parliament, The Youth Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (hereinafter: YIPA CIS) reviewed. This organization was established in 2012 and is a permanent advisory body of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS (hereinafter: IPA). Its purpose is to strengthen the interaction of young parliamentarians. The sessions of the YIPA discuss issues of cooperation and the life of the youth of the Commonwealth, the experience of their participation in public administration and selfgovernment. The especially noteworthy definitions of young parliamentarism have been revealed, and they are represented in this study. The formation of young parliamentarism at the national level has been analyzed on the case the of Republic of Kazakhstan. In this direction, the case of organization youth maslikhats, consultative and advisory structure under the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is indicated. In the country, the formation process of youth parliamentarism is connected with the representation of young people in the Parliament and maslikhats, as well their political activity. The article is written on the basis of regulatory legal acts, publications, and electronic resources using a variety of methods.
