Abstract

The article describes the agrarian policy of the Soviet government, which was firmly established in the Kazakh steppe in the 20-30 years of the XX century, especially the adoption of the resolution on the confiscation of wealthy Kazakh groups of August 27, 1928, the course of its implementation and the fate of dynasties known to the Kazakh society, who were persecuted by Soviet policy. It is clear that the consequences of the confiscation policy in the years of collectivization have left a deep mark on the history of every family today. In the course of the study of this issue, special attention was paid to the most pressing aspect of the confiscation policy – personal files, documents of noble dynasties and famous persons who played an important role in the political changes in the Kazakh steppe in the late XIX-first quarter of XX centuries.

In the course of studying such significant historical events as the situation at the beginning of the XX century, political processes, and the Alash movement, it is necessary to study in depth the representatives of the above-mentioned social groups of Kazakh society. Material and financial support, the ability to mobilize the country, the descendants of the Zhetysu dynasty of specialists, Akai Khase from the Arka region, Akbay Ibraev, Bayanaul Shormanov, Karazhan Ukibayev from the Semipalatinsk-Chingistau region, Ike Adilov, Akkenzhe Akmagambetov, great-grandson of the famous Syrym Datuly from the Ural region played a huge role in all the important events initiated by the National intelligentsia, and the ability to mobilize the country. The confiscation documents indicate their activities under the Tsarist government, political positions during the period of the Provisional Government and the rule of Alashorda as the main grounds for prosecution. Based on the history and fate of the repressions of the dynasties, who suffered the consequences of the confiscation policy as a whole, an attempt was made to reveal their unknown to the general public.
