At the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Valikhanov in 1990-1998. applicant, graduate student; 1998-2003 Researcher in the Department of Historical Demography, 2003-2007. Senior Researcher, 2007-2012 Leading researcher of the Department of Historical Demography and Modern Social Processes of Kazakhstan, since 2012 he has been the head of the department "Problems of ethnography and historical identity".

 

A.I., who devoted his scientific work to a new field of historical science in Kazakhstan - historical demographic research. Kudaibergenova 2000 Candidate's dissertation on "Changes in the social and national composition of the people of Kazakhstan (1939-1959)" in December 2010. He defended his doctoral dissertation on "Migration processes in Kazakhstan in the Soviet era: historical and demographic aspects (1917-1991)." In 2007 he was awarded the title of associate professor by the decision of the Committee for Supervision and Certification in Education and Science.

2 candidate dissertations under the guidance of the scientist: Meirbekov MB "Socio-demographic development of the population of South Kazakhstan (1926-1959)" (2010), Zh. "Socio-demographic situation of the city and agglomeration of Turkestan (1867-2009)" (2010), 1 PhD dissertation (Apendiev TA "German diaspora in Kazakhstan in the late XIX and early XXI centuries (socio-demographic aspect)" ( 2017), 1 master's dissertation: GA Omarova "History of growth of the population of Almaty (1854-1926) (socio-demographic aspect)" (2016). It is a scientific interactive "People of Kazakhstan" performed by the state order. Coordinator of the project "Historical Map", one of the authors and executors of the Concept and Synopsis.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to formulate the problem "New conceptual approaches in the study of the history of folk traditions in Kazakhstan in 1928-1932". The article notes the causes of the uprising, their brief description. And also comparing the results of new research with the data of published works on the topic, it is proposed to expand the chronological framework of the history of popular uprisings and protests.
New documents have testified that popular uprisings in Kazakhstan have their origin since 1928. In 1928, there was an uprising in the Araltyub, which had not previously been studied in Russian historical science. Summing up the digital data from archival files and the works of researchers, it is proposed that, starting from the spring of 1928 to 1932, 518 popular uprisings and protests (including riots and rebellions) took place in Kazakhstan: in 1928 there was 1 uprising (Araltyube), in 1929-1931 – 397 uprisings and protests, in 1932 – 120 popular demonstrations and protests. The dynamics of popular protest actions for 1928-1932 is proposed. In the article, mass demonstrations, protests, uprisings and other forms of opposition of workers against the anti-people company of the Bolshevik-Stalinist government, characterized in official documents of the authorities by the "aggravation of the class struggle" are grouped into three groups: Peasant uprisings and demonstrations (peasant uprisings, Kulak demonstrations, insurrectionary movement in the border areas of the republic, etc.); workers' strikes; forced migration of the population, refugee status.
