The article is devoted to the life and work of the famous statesman and public figure Uzakbai Kulymbetov, who during the Soviet period was engaged in state-political and public affairs and served for the nation. The main source of the article is based on archival documents and the works of individual researchers. Also included are valuable data characterizing the work of U.Zh. Kulymbetov, starting with an ordinary school teacher and ending with the highest leadership position in Kazakhstan – Chairman of the Kazakh Central Executive Committee. Currently, U. It is important to analyze the historical personality and active activity of Kulymbetov, his rich spiritual heritage. Therefore, it is important to introduce into scientific circulation documents from the funds of the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
The analysis of the labor activity of the state and public figure in the Department of public education, in the collectivization and industrialization of the country, cultural reflection and administrative-territorial zoning, alphabet reform and the transfer of the capital from Kyzylorda to Almaty, healthcare, the opening of production facilities and training of specialists will be carried out.
