The article deals with the issues of primary vocational education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The dynamics of the number of students of technical and vocational education organizations by region and year, the contingent of students of technical and vocational education organizations by age categories, the quantitative and qualitative composition of teachers and masters, the material and technical equipment of educational institutions were analyzed.As for the educational and methodological methodology for improving educational processes based on innovations, which should be fully integrated into the country's education system in the future, its actions and structures are currently somewhat defined in the country. A number of works in this direction are being practiced and are defined as promising ways of developing the professional formation of the younger generation.
In order to form a "new teacher" of new social relations, it is necessary to improve the scientific and methodological work of employees of the education system with the extensive use of new pedagogical technologies in professional development.
The analysis of foreign experience of the dual system of vocational training, problems and prospects of initial training of qualified specialists of professional level is given.
