Today, outside the republic, most of the representatives of the Kazakh diaspora (90%) live in the states adjacent to the republic. The World Association of Kazakhs operates with the Kazakh cultural center and subdivisions in thirty-five countries of the world. It has become a tradition to annually hold small Congress(Kurultay) of foreign Kazakhs. In addition to five kurultai of Kazakhs of the world, invited to the territory of the republic, the article provides for small cpngress (kurultay) held in the countries of near and far abroad. At small congresses (kurultay) held in Europe, Russia, Central Asian countries, the article highlights the issues of preserving the Kazakh national existence, the development of language and culture, as well as the present and future of the Kazakh people. At a time when the socio-economic space of the world is undergoing a single integration, there is a process of general globalization, Kazakhs all over the world are of particular importance for preserving their ethnic appearance and national unity, and for popularizing spiritual values.
