Abstract

In the second half of the 19th century, Kaiser's Germany began to turn into one of the most powerful states in Europe. Its main examples are the rapid development of the German economy, increasing political and military power. The German government has established close relations with foreign countries. One of the main directions of Germany's foreign policy was the attitude towards the Ottoman Empire. Accordingly, the Ottoman Empire also sought to establish ties with Kaiser Germany, and political ties between the empires rose to a high level. Relations between the two states have escalated over time and continued in the military sphere. During this period, the process of modernization in all spheres took place in the Ottoman Empire, and now it began to resume on the German model. The article deals with the history of communications in the military sphere from the last quarter of the 19th century to the First World War. The history of the modernization of the Ottoman army on the German model and the introduction of a new order is investigated. During the modernization of the Turkish army, a historical analysis of the activities of German generals who were in the Ottoman Empire will be carried out
