Annotation
The article notes that the mistakes of the government of the era of Soviet collectivization led to unrest among the peoples of the Sairam district of the Southern region. The actual problem of the article is such actions as the Soviet bureaucratic style of work that provoked these unrest, and the incorrect introduction of fees levied on the labor of ordinary cotton growers. In the article, written on the basis of the analysis of archival data, a special handwriting of that era stands out from the text of the documents, in which priority is given to repressive punitive measures. The policy that pushed the workers of this region to equalization on the basis of collective farming, led many owners to conceal their own product of labor, is a bitter reality of that time. Stalin's repressions were launched in order to forcibly crush the anger of the assembled population due to major and minor mistakes of the Soviet government.
