One of the main mechanisms of strong development of any country is the state language. Today, representatives of more than 130 ethnic groups are united in Kazakhstan and are entering the path of civilized development. Along with the Kazakh people, representatives of ethnic groups are particularly interested in the development of the state language - the Kazakh language, which is a factor that unites the National Civil Society of Kazakhstan. In addition, special support was provided for the development of the language, art and culture of each of them.
In this article, the peculiarities of national values and civic values in the process of educating Kazakhstan's youth in general are analyzed in detail. The reasons and significance of the need to work together with the representatives of the state - forming nation-the Kazakh youth, as well as the representatives of ethnic groups living in the country, so that they can overcome any internal and external obstacles for the future of Kazakhstan.
