Publication ethics

Duties and rights of editors, reviewers and authors: The editor-in-chief of the journal ensures compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of intellectual property and publishing; informational openness through the website of the scientific publication.

The expert (reviewer) is obliged to give an objective assessment of the content of the manuscript and not allow personal criticism of the author. Experts (reviewers) should contribute to improving the quality of publication and making a decision to publish the manuscript. The expert (reviewer) must identify published works that were not referenced in the peer-reviewed manuscript.

The authors of publications can only be persons who have made a significant contribution to the formation of the concept of the work, the interpretation of the research results. The author should evaluate the contribution of persons who took part in obtaining the research results and include them in the list of co-authors. In this case, the author must provide preliminary approval of the last version of the manuscript with co-authors. In this case, all authors are responsible for the content of the work.

The publication of students and undergraduates is carried out only in collaboration with the scientific advisor, who is personally responsible for the content of the work.

Authors of manuscripts must provide reliable research results, make references to the publications used. Plagiarism in any form of its manifestation should be excluded when writing a manuscript. The author is personally responsible for the accuracy of data on surnames, first names, patronymics, titles, copyright holders, facts, citations contained in the article, for the publication of materials that are not subject to disclosure. Data obtained privately, any confidential information should not be used by the author without the written permission of the original source.

Unethical behavior - actions of authors, editors or publishers related to the independent provision of a review of their own articles, contractual and pseudo-peer review, resorting to agency services for the publication of scientific research results, falsification of the composition of authors, publication of pseudoscientific texts, transfer of article texts to other journals without agreement with by authors, transfer of materials by authors to third parties, violation of copyright and the principle of confidentiality of editorial processes, manipulation of citation, plagiarism, falsification and fabrication:
