The article informs about the destruction tendency of Kazakh’s traditional cattle breeding process in the 20-30s of the twentieth century, cardinal changes in Kazakh villages, impoverishment, famine in general, and the policy of "Little October", which brought its significant consequences in the socio-economic and political history of the Kazakh people. In this article, we have tried to justify the well-known injustice that the policy of "Little October", implemented by methods of violence and oppression used to achieve the utopian goals of Goloshchekin’s baseless socialism, trampled on the human factor. The analysis was carried out on the basis of archival documents and scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the policy of "Little October" carried out by the Soviet totalitarian system in the 20-30s of the twentieth century in Kazakhstan, as well as such extreme political and economic campaigns as confiscation of the rich and forced collectivization of peasants.
