This article is devoted to the process of development of our economy and its modernization. The next task is to accelerate economic growth, but for some reason there is no tangible progress. the Authors try to understand the reason and believe that the main factor is the discrepancy of the ideological base, which does not correspond to the spirit and culture of our society.
