The article is devoted to the analysis of migration flows and their impact on the economic and political life of the European Union countries. Of course, this problem is an object for many researchers. One of the most significant consequences of increasing migration is the «erosion» of national identity.
The identity crisis and the search for a way out of this situation give a special perspective to the interpretation and study of migration processes in Europe. Mass migration poses a number of questions for European countries, both practical and theoretical.
