Abstract

The Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Azerbaijan strive to build their relations on the basis of peace treaties and agreements.
States differ in that their positions are close to topical issues of a regional and international nature.
Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, being Caspian States, are a natural bridge connecting the West and the East.
As neighbors on the Caspian sea, the most important points of our cooperation are energy issues, oil transportation, agriculture and communications on the use of the Caspian sea as an important international transport artery.
