The article describes the youth organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their mission, goals and main activities. Based on the materials of a sociological study, the attitude of young citizens to the activities of youth organizations is determined. Attention is drawn to the importance of youth organizations in Kazakhstan for the socio-political life of the Republic. Based on the results of the research conducted by scientists, problems regarding public opinion about the activities of youth organizations in Kazakhstan were identified. The article also focuses on the need to improve work with young people in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which requires a review of personnel policy in this area. Conclusions are drawn about the prospects for further development of the youth movement.
