This work studies theoretical problems of international relations development in conditions of globalization. Main factors of humanization of current international relations system are characterized. There is represented complex analysis of modern national diplomacy as one of the main factors of international relations humanization. Currently, there is an increase in the role of public diplomacy in the international arena, its direct participation in world politics as a real actor, and its influence on the development of foreign and domestic political goals and strategies. Thus, people's diplomacy is becoming a full-fledged actor in the world political process.
The analysis of the modern foreign policy strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of the humanization of international relations is carried out. The conclusion is made that in modern international relations there are enough opportunities for the process of humanization.
