THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF INTEGRATION PRACTICES AND MODELS AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Published 05-2021
Abstract

Integration has become one of the most important trends in world politics. The transformation of the modern system of international relations in the format of a globalizing world forces States to use the integration mechanism for effective interaction in order to ensure stability, competitiveness and modernization. Today, " integration "(Latin:" integratio " - restoration, completion of a certain unity) is broadly understood as the formation of a new community from previously independent parts. In a narrower sense, integration is the process of intensifying the interconnections of States based on similar interes. Integration processes in various regions of the world are characterized by a variety of levels of development and the specifics of regional versions of cooperation. This specificity is reflected in the variety of interpretations of the integration methodology published in the scientific literature, which requires a more detailed consideration of the issue. Comparison of these interpretations and their systematization can be significant in the analysis of integration practices in the Eurasian space.
