Before the Soviet government was established in Kazakhstan, public and state duties were performed by the actions of men. The Soviet Government's policy on gender equality did not immediately open the door to women's participation in public affairs. The opportunities for girls to study in secondary schools were gradually being improved. The trend towards the involvement of women in the field of education has increased their social activity. Subsequently, the domestic role of women in the industrialization and collectivization campaigns underwent changes. Women's efforts to intervene in social and economic activities have increased, and their domestic roles have begun to shift into the background. This phenomenon has led to a change in a number of everyday relationships. The sending of male citizens to the front during the Second World War created problems of a shortage of workers in the rear. There is also an acute shortage of personnel in the field of education. Filling in the shortcomings of this issue prompted the Soviet government to make urgent decisions. The responsibility of women in the social, household and cultural spheres has caused contradictions in their natural laws of creation. Most of the tasks of providing the front with food and ammunition were carried out with the direct participation of women. During these processes, the intervention of women in domestic affairs opened the way to difficulties. This issue is one of the topics that are poorly considered in modern Russian history. This article discusses the general trends and aspects of the difficult stages of the training of teaching staff of women in Kazakhstan during the Second World War. In addition, ideas were expressed on changing the socio-social role of women.
