Abstract
A modern teacher should reflect on his actions and conduct an in-depth analysis of the quality of students' education. When working with students, it is necessary to understand the factors that prevent regular planning and conducting classes, and think about ways to avoid them in the future, otherwise professional development is difficult. It includes the interaction of teachers to solve the tasks of working in the professional community, the choice of common strategies, the study of their effectiveness in working with students and is carried out through the strategy of "research in action".
In action research, the teacher studies the situation in the classroom and develops a hypothesis about it. In order to determine the cause of a particular situation, it is necessary to comprehensively monitor the situation. Such an observation leads to a definite conclusion. Systematic research develops reflection aimed at changing our experience, at changing the identified situation. Action research is a process that involves the implementation of consistent, consistent, planned activities in order to improve the teaching and learning experience, as well as systematic monitoring of the results obtained during the research. Reflection in action is the process of careful reflection during the planning and execution of actions (for example, teaching and learning), critical analysis and evaluation of the results of actions.
Effective lesson planning, the educational resources and methods used, taking into account the age characteristics of students, as well as the result of the effective implementation of assessment tools that can motivate students, are a process closely related to the growth of the quality of students' education. Taking into account the constructive feedback from colleagues in successive lessons, the teacher himself develops professionally, avoiding gaps that arose in previous lessons. Almost all of these processes are the end result of the correct and clear implementation of the Action Research strategy.
